Third Annual Monster Rally
Unfortunately, this event was canceled due to snow. It will not be rescheduled this year.
Join us Saturday and Sunday, October 10 and 11, 2009 for our Third Annual Monster Rally. This All-American rally consists of a double elimination and a single elimination race on Saturday. (The single will be under the lights!) Sunday’s rally will be one double elimination.
The field size will consist of a maximum of 32 Stock, 32 Super Stock, and 24 Masters.
Weight limits are 200 pounds for Stock, 230 pounds for Super Stock, and 255 pounds for Masters. Maximum tail weight is 15 pounds for all classes.
We’ll do a two-wheel/four-wheel swap and lane swap. Please supply your own Z-Glas wheels. Pits will open at 6 a.m. both days. Registration closes at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. Be race ready by 8 a.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday. Trophies will be given to the top 8, or half of the field, whichever applies, in each division. First-time racers in Omaha should bring a copy of their birth certificate.
A concession stand will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
Between rallies on Saturday we’ll have an adult and children’s costume contest, trick-or-treating in the pits, a pumpkin carving contest, marshmallow roast, and other activities. New, surprise trophies will be awarded! We ask that each racer bring a bag of candy for trick-or-treating. Please also bring a carved or decorated pumpkin if participating in that contest.
Cost:
$30 per race for first racer
$20 per race for second racer
$10 per race for third racer
